The power of the ancestors

I like to repeat a phrase: "We were not born in a cabbage patch and we are not moths without lineage! We are people. And that means that behind each of us stands the power of the tribe and the power of the blood that flows in our veins. 
Modern man is very often set up for success and likes to look into the future. But he forgets to rely on his past - that is, on the power of his blood and his ancestors, believing that it is an archaic remnant, which has no effect on those who live in the stone jungle. Is it any wonder, then, that the world is literally filled with unhappy, sick, lonely people? I, too, have been on a path of disconnection from my roots and a gradual return to them. It may seem that the power of ancestors is of great importance only in the life of a shaman. Because the first thing he relies on when acquiring his mystical power is the power of blood, appealing to his ancestors and asking them for help on his difficult way. 
In fact, everyone has this power. And everyone's sacred duty is to keep the connection of generations and take care of their still living and already departed relatives. Very colorful and symbolic is the shamanic comparison of man with a mighty tree: the trunk is the present, the life in which everyone is active here and now. The roots grown into the earth are the ancestral world that holds and nourishes the trunk-present. The branches of the tree reach for the Eternal Blue Sky, for knowledge and the future. 
This is why it is so important to nurture and care for your "tree. Literally, it means to create a genealogical tree for both father and mother. It also helps a lot if you have problems with one or both of your parents. The disconnect between you will undermine your strength and confidence. If your parents are not the best people, filled with a lot of flaws and disgusting qualities, such as alcoholism, it makes you internally vulnerable. And when you make a genealogical tree of your family tree - you become stronger. Because you are sure to find in it powerful and strong relatives and by mentally asking them for help you will pour into yourself, drop by drop, vitality and desire to move forward, to the tops of your own destiny, like a healing drip.
